Obige Abschrift, fehlendes ergänzt, etwas überarbeitet und noch von einem Muttersprachler korrigieren lassen:
Words matter.
And the courage and the intention with which you stand behinds your words matters.
Gay, straight, faggot, dyke, daughter, sister, mother, lover, friend - it matters.
It matters what you say.
It matters who you say it to.
It matters if you mean it.
And it matters if you care.
It matters if you stand up for your friend.
It matters if you stand up for your family.
It matters if you stand up for your co-worker.
It matters if you stand up for yourselves.
Words matter.
It matters if we end AIDS.
But we can't end AIDS if we don't stand up for our humanity.
It's going to matter if we make a difference for human rights - all humans.
When AIDS started it was the Gay Related Immune Deficiency disease.
And because people decided that gays didn't matter, one child dies every minute from AIDS.
It matters.
It matters if you stand up for the person next to you.
For one second just look at the person next to you.
And whether you know them or not, notice them - because it matters.
And you may need to stand up for them one day - because it matters.
One day they may be a person who is being called:
"gay", "straight", "faggot", "dyke", "butch", "friend" or "not friend" and they may need an angel.
They may need someone like you and you may need to stand up for someone like them.
So make sure, wherever you are, you take a minute, and you see the person standing next to you.
And don't be afraid to matter, to them, to yourself. Care about humanity!
That's what will make a difference.
And that's what will stop the death of 33 million people who are living with AIDS.
Thank you so much.
And i wanna show you something.
Gerry, can you come out for a second? Because you matters to me.
Gery Keszler is not at business faggot to me.
[spray]
And I'm done with that word, i'm done with it!
Thanks very much.
Peace.
